| 1. To ensure accurate processing, please fill out the return form on the back of your original invoice. Please specify what items your are returning and the reason for your return. Include this in your return package. |
| 2. Please ship your returns using US Postal Service Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. We recommend that you track your package. |
